Due to the personalized service provided, any form of insurance is not accepted. You may choose to pay using your flexible spending account (FSA) or health spending account (HSA) if allowed by your insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment.

A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment in order to receive a full refund. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for a missed appointment.

We personally make every effort through our no-charge consult call to determine if our services or program is a good fit for you. If you are a candidate for our services or program, we make a commitment to you by offering care, support, and time to partner with you in achieving your personal health and wellness goals.
